Because of the nature of your jewelry pendant or any resin made piece. There may be slight imperfections which add character, such as color variations this is completely normal due to resin color pigments on resin made items. 

Your jewelry will arrive packed to protect your piece from damage.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery, I can not accommodate to pay for your return shipping costs, but you will receive a refund for your item excluding the shipping cost.

Creations by L.A. Wilson accepts payments through PayPal. and stripe. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: Use your credit card or debit card

All orders will ship within 5-10 business days from the date of payment. Your item will ship USPS. I do not ship overseas, I can not control delays of postal service delivery due to weather conditions. You will be notified if there is any delayed shipping due to weather conditions.
